Eugene has been in the dietary supplement industry for over 20 years and has deep experience and knowledge in executive management, strategic operations, manufacturing, product development, marketing, and regulatory affairs. As CEO, Eugene oversees the overall strategic direction of the company focusing on customer relationships, product innovation, and employee development to grow Best Formulations into the industry’s leading contract manufacturer. Eugene graduated with a BA in Nutritional Sciences from Cornell University and is a founding Board Member of the Nutrition Industry Association West.

Edward Shneyvas

Ed is a renowned expert in design, formulation, manufacturing and marketing of various dosage forms, including softgels, capsules, tablets, dry beverage mixes/powders, and gummies. Prior to Best Formulations, Ed built a long and successful carrier at Pharmavite, and worked for other contract manufacturer and ingredient suppliers. Throughout 25+ year career in dietary supplement industry, Ed has gained a deep understanding of science behind dietary supplements, knowledge of regulatory environment, expertise in manufacturing equipment & processes, and comprehensive understanding of marketing and consumer insights. As Sr. VP of R&D, Innovation and Business Development, Ed utilizes this broad knowledge base to drive product innovation, competitive differentiation, and creative product solutions for our customer’s individual needs.

Kayla Pham

Kayla has over 10 years of senior management experience in highly regulated and fast-paced Drug, Dietary Supplements, Food and Beverages companies. She is highly knowledgeable with Quality Compliance (FSMA, GFSI, and NSF schemes) as well as Regulatory Affairs. She is a strong quality leader with a wealth of experience in navigating various audits and FDA inspections. At Best Formulations, she is responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of Quality, Product Safety, and Regulatory Affairs including Quality Systems, people development, and continuous improvements.

Barbara Stafford

Barbara is a human resource professional with 18+ years of experience building successful teams and developing organizational talent that improves employee engagement. Her unique, empathetic leadership style builds trust amongst employees, executives, and other corporate stakeholders. Barbara has served in HR advisory roles for other companies, and as the Chairperson for the Professionals in Human Resources (PIHRA), Riverside, leading and mentoring other H.R. professionals. In her current role, she rebranded the H.R. department to the People Experience Department to better accommodate the organization's mission, "Together we Grow." Barbara graduated from Capella University with a B.S. in Business, Human Resources Management.

Jeff Hensley

Jeff brings over 25 years of direct industry experience with a comprehensive scope of all areas of production managing including product development, formulation, GMP implementation, plant design, etc. Jeff's vast and extensive knowledge in various dosage forms including powders, liquids, creams, gels, tablets (chewable, film coated, sugar coated, enteric coated), capsules, triturations and more make him a valuable member of the Best Formulations team.

Kelley Blosser

Kelley Blosser is the Head of Customer Operations for Sirio Americas & Best Formulations, bringing over three decades of experience in the food, nutraceutical, and health and beauty industries. Based at the BF site in City of Industry, California, Kelley plays a crucial role in driving sales excellence and operations. Kelley is known for her ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change across the Americas. With a strong background in strategic business development, she is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds an MBA, enhancing her capacity to foster growth and efficiency within commercial operations. Outside of work, Kelley enjoys developing lean systems and processes, building trusted teams, reading, traveling, gardening, and playing with her dog.
